The Wedge tsavorite garnet earrings feature a green stone which is indeed part of the garnet family. It really stands out from the crowd. In our rainbow offering of wedge gemstone earrings we chose the tsavorite to represent the green colour way in this contemporary design. The tsavorite earrings are sold as a single so you can mix it up with our other ethical gold earrings.

As we hand make all of our pieces in the UK we can easily customise each piece with your request often at little or no cost.  Customisations can include a change of enamel colour, type of gemstone or a different chain length.  So you can design your own personalisation and we'll make it for you, just contact us.

DELIVERY OF OUR UNIQUE JEWELLERY

For any item ordered we aim to dispatch the item within 1 working day if in stock.  If we are sizing a ring for first prior to dispatch this would take 5 working days. If we are making your unique jewellery, a bespoke or customised piece just for you, please discuss with us first if you have a deadline to meet, on average manufacture times is between 4 - 6 weeks.   All Items sent within the UK are free delivery.  The goods are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery domestic post, delivery should be the next day once posted.  However in the current climate there can be delays. For our international clients, or prices are inclusive of taxes excluding of duties. Duties are payable to your local customs office through our shipper Fed Ex. Shipping is free for international clients for orders over £500.  Once an order is placed delivery times can vary depending on destination but should be within a week subject to customs clearances. Should the goods arrive in a damaged manner or the carrier fails to deliver please contact us immediately.  If you need an item urgently please contact us as we can speed up dispatch and delivery when necessary.  

RETURNS

For our standard stock ethical fine jewellery (anything you buy via the shopping cart excluding the Framed Rings and Necklace) you are able to return the item to us for a full refund as long as the piece has not been worn, and in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  Please contact us prior to returning the item to get the address for returns and so that we can track the item in.  Any return shipping costs are the the responsibility of the purchaser. Personalised and customised items are handmade in the UK especially for you after we have worked through together all the personalisation options hence we cannot offer a refund or exchange service for these items.  We haven’t had any personalised returns to date. Bespoke items where we have worked through the design process with you are made to order, a refund service is not applicable. This is why we work in detail with you though every stage of the development process to ensure you are 110% happy with your purchase. We have never had a return for our bespokes either! To return your product, please contact info@origin31.com to discuss shipping your item back, we will guide you through the process and track the item until it’s in safe hands with us.    

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@origin31.com.    

EXCHANGES

Exchanges shall be processed like returns only we will send you a replacement item once the return has been processed.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.    

GIFTS

If you have received an item as a gift, the exchange or refund will have to go through the gift giver as long as it abides by the delivery and return information above.
