What is Clearpay?
Clearpay is another method of payment that we accept that lets you spread the cost of your order for our ethical fine jewellery over 4 interest free instalments paid every 2 weeks. You must be over the age of 18 and have a UK billing and delivery address. You also need to have a UK mobile number and credit/debit card. Customers in the Channel Islands or Isle of Man are not able to use Clearpay. Clearpay is available for payments for our colour popping jewellery up to the value of £1000 and can't be used for products above this value. To pay with Clearpay just select the payment option on the payment screen to be directed to their payment portal where you can follow step by step instructions. Can I spread payments for an item/s over months?
Yes we can offer some flexibility on payments for standard ethical fine jewellery items and some customised items. However we cannot dispatch the item/s to you until paid in full. The standard delivery and returns policy would come into place once dispatched to you. Please contact us

We are a great believer that you need to see the stone you would like to buy and fall in love with, you can’t do this over the phone. However with the wonders of technology there is video conferencing. Please contact us

How do I care for my jewellery?
When you are not wearing your jewellery it is best stored in its sustainable box to prevent the piece from being scratched or tangled
How can I get an item repaired?
We take the utmost care and attention during the development and manufacturing process to negate the risk of repair and maintain the highest level of quality control. Nevertheless, should the rare need for a repair arise to our colour popping jewellery please contact us
at email@example.com. Repairs due to a manufacturing fault are undertaken at no charge for 12 months from the delivery date.
How do I care for my diamond?
Diamonds are of course gorgeous but they have this knack of getting coated from the natural oils in the skin meaning their sparkle is less bright. Please contact us

How do I care for my pearls?
Pearls are normally strung on natural silk, over time the silk reacts with the natural oils in the skin as well as perfumes and deodorants which is why we recommend your pearls restrung once a year to be on the safe side. Pearls in earrings generally are cemented in place, over time this can weaken after reacting with natural oils in the skin and perfumes. Please contact us
